Expedition Coordinator (Full-time)

What you’ll do:

As an Expedition Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the accurate administrative processing of incoming and outgoing goods. You’ll be the point of contact for drivers and couriers, ensuring precise documentation and maintaining close communication with your colleagues on the floor. This is a versatile role — you’ll mainly work from the office, but also be active on the warehouse floor, physically inspecting incoming shipments and identifying discrepancies. Drivers rely on your guidance, making you a vital part of our logistics operation!

Your key responsibilities:

• Monitor progress and act when needed
• Check, enter, and close shipping documents in the system
• Resolve issues related to inbound shipments, status updates, and packing slips
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide support to the warehouse team

Besides this you will bring:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office
• Previous experience in a coordinating role within logistics or transport (preferred)
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to occasionally work in a chilled environment (~4°C) — we’ll provide a warm jacket!

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for this position.

• Salary starting from €2,700 plus shift allowance
• A 38-hour contract with the intention of permanent employment
• 26 vacation days (based on full-time)

Working hours*:

You’ll work in a 2-shift system, including Saturdays approximately once every three weeks:
